Runners are a dedicated bunch – but the constant pounding from regular running can lead to wear and tear on the body, especially if the spine is misaligned. Fortunately, Chiropractic care can help get that spine in line, which can help runners keep pursuing their passion.

"Malalignment of the spine can cause unnecessary tension on one particular body part versus an equal distribution of pressure," says Scott Duke, D.C., in an interview with Active.com. Otherwise, it'll continue to wear, tear, and put strain on that one particular body part."
